Budget hotel for a good price! The hotels have everything you need to relax. Lots of water activities. The buffet is plentiful, the room is cleaned daily, the bed and pillows are comfortable! Recommend!

Worst experience ever. I will not forget it

Aggressive staff Food quality below standard. Too many people for very small area They claim that they are all inclusive but u can not take more than 1 small water bottle/day . Extra bottle 20 LE Each time you go to restaurant u will find that food is finished. They do not even have olive. They are trying to save anything. They do not care about anything. Just profit. Even if u will not come again. They do not care

The aqua park. Staff is friendly especially at the restraunt. The room (although I had to pay extra money for it). Food is plentiful. Cleanliness.

Restricted hours for the aqua park! 4 hrs a day and also the pool closes early. Had to pay extra money for a good view (the claimed room by the hotel as standard is with the worst view ever). The lobby bar is only operational for 12 am after that you have to pay for every drink you want! All the fresh juices and Turkish coffee is out of the all inclusive package beverages and had to pay for it! No kids area for young children (only above 6 yrs old). Night entertainment is soo poor. Food is not variable.

Staff very bad and reception very bad Food is very bad. And the taste of food is very very bad. And restaurant is not clean and the stuff was n't helpful and no reply and no coperation ..i feel. Very sad to stay at this hotel from booking and i will tell all my friends about that bad trial to stay at bad hotel like hawaii ceaser dreams aqua park hurghada.and cost is very for bad stay at bad hotel hawaii..iam very angry

-Deserves 5 start hotel :) he already is.

-Deserves 5 start hotel :) he already is. -Good location and view - suitable for families- good stuff - thanks for Hassan from reception - Ramadan & Mahmoud from Resturant . -the hotel is one of Hawaii hotels as they share aqua, beach , animation show , pools ..etc. - facilities, foods , snacks

-Spa not available . -They have to invest in Animation show, beach activities ...etc - you can access to the beach & safe deep water but have to pass frist on small rocky interance .

The reception is kinda good mr.mokbel is the kindest person you will ever meet,also mr.reda one of the bar managers,stuff people are great but there are some ones who are not at all like the food court manager

The main thing that I didn’t like is the food I don’t know why people give compliments about it..but it was tasteless and has no varieties,drinks are limited 4 types to be exact, alcohol was good but not that premium,the place is small and has no activities (the shows,parties) hotel has no club and was full of people who the stuff had no control on them,the beach was not clean and mosquitos was everywhere,one last thing I stayed for 7 days for a honeymoon they told me that i will get a cake or some kind of a welcome party but got nothing ...eventually there was a-lovely receptionist and some good stuff but what would that do if there are nothing else to do

A Very good hotel for a maximum 4 days stay , Although the hotel needs lots of improvement

The cleanliness of the hotel is very good , the rooms are clean especially the Bungalows , Aqua is very entertaining

Drinks are so bad , especially the hot water tasted weird , all juices are very artificial and low in quality , water isn’t available all the time ,however u can buy small bottles for 30 pounds each , staff wasn’t friendly at all except few , Aqua opens 10 am and closes at 12 then it opens at 3pm and everything closes at 5pm ! , you cannot use any pool or even the sea which is very early , Aqua Times needs to be adjusted for a maximum 1 hour rest per day as it was the only thing entertaining in this hotel , I hated the Lack of the Animation team , the welcoming was very bad no one showed up for luggage Also there is no proper good bye by the staff , no body escorted our luggage to the hotel outside , I didn’t like the sea it’s very Muddy! , so unclean and very boring no snorkeling, no fish just a punch of seaweed crawling on your arms , I didn’t like that I had to pay extra for coffee , fresh juice and water , the food was average but it lacks of freshness
